6.00 am - Gate 1 opens for Swap Meeters 6.00 am - Gate 4 opens for Show Cars both judged and general
7.00 am - Gates 1 opens for Swap Meeters, Stall Holders, General Public
7.00 am - Gate 3 opens for General Public and on-site parking
8.00 am - Judging commences
9.00 am - Lawn Mower Racing practice
9.30 am - Lawn Mower Racing begins
1.30 pm - Trophy Presentations
2.30 pm - Lawn Mower Racing Presentations

Public can access the event from Gate 1 and Gate 3 GATE 1 Westernport Rd Gate - opposite PUB drive-thru - PUBLIC foot traffic only NO PUBLIC PARKING AT THIS GATE GATE 3 McDonalds Track Gate - Car park entry and foot traffic entry FREE PUBLIC CAR PARKING
Peoples Choice Voting Public admission includes FREE entry into the Peoples Choice voting. Great prizes apply to the winning ticket drawn out at the Trophy presentations. Cards will be available to all public attendees to vote for their favourite vehicle at the Bendigo Bank marquee and site office . **Each Show vehicle will have a number displayed**
Choose you favourite vehicle, write the number on the back of the Peoples Choice Voting Card and drop in at the event office. **Don't forget to add your name and contact number to be eligible for the prize**
