Entry for Vendors and Swap meeters on Saturday between 4 pm and 6pm BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY. Contact Rob 0488 587 080
Swap meet sites this year will be around the Western perimeter of the oval and adjacent paddock, see map.
Entry will be via Gate 1, off Westernport Rd. at the end closest to Sth Gippsland Hwy.
Swap Meet Vendors are classified as Used Goods Sellers.New Goods Vendors are classified as a Trade Stall and priced accordingly.
Cost for Swap Meet Sites:6m x 6m Site is $25 which includes event public liability insurance
Trade Stalls (payment details below)* After confirmation of Trade Stall allocation by Rob, then BOOKING with pre-payment is essential to secure your site on the day. Copy of proof of own liability insurance essential
Trade Stalls are available both inside and outside pavilion, grassed area, ashphalt and there are a limited number with power available.
A 6m x 6m is a standard site. Flexible Stall sizes are available to accommodate the individual stall requirements.

Food Vendors*After confirmation of a Stall allocation by Rob, then BOOKING with pre-payment is essential to secure site(s) Limited opportunities are available for Food Vendors. The Rotary Club operate a BBQ Tent and offer other local community groups opportunities to fundraise via the show.
