Swap Meet
Swap meet sites for this years event will be around the southern perimeter of the oval and adjacent paddock, which is close proximity to the car show and mower racing.

Swap Meet Vendors are classified as Used Goods Sellers. New Goods Vendors are classified as a Trade Stall and priced accordingly.

Cost for Swap Meet Sites:
6m x 6m Site - $20 which includes event public liability insurance
$15 Self Insured -  current public liability certificate must be provided

Trade Stalls*
BOOKING with pre-payment is essential to secure site(s) or  an additional $10 fee will be applied for payment on the day. 

Trade Stalls are available both inside and outside pavilion, grass area, ashphalt and there are a limited number with power available.

A 6m x 6m standard site. Flexible Stall sizes are available to accommodate the individual stall requirements. 

Costs for Trade Stall - prebooked:
$40 Inside Pavillion (advise if power required inside, prior to event)
$30 Outside Unpowered Areas
$40 Outside Powered  (advise if power required outside, prior to event)
STALL HOLDERS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR CURRENT PUBLIC LIABILITY POLICY or pay an additional $5 insurance on the day

Food Vendors*
NOTE: Food vendors only accepted via pre booking.
Limited opportunities are available for Food Vendors.
The Rotary Club operate a BBQ Tent and offer the local community groups opportunities to fund raise via the show. 

Costs for Food Vendors - prebooked:
$30 per site / stall / Van unpowered
$40 for powered site (power available in limited areas only - please advise prior to the event if required) 
STALL HOLDERS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR CURRENT PUBLIC LIABILITY POLICY or pay an additonal $5 on the day
